Tyvek works well

"Actually it’s been 4 years since I bought these and I’ve used them a lot, mostly in the spring to protect blooming perennials, but the are really difficult to hang onto in high winds. They also have a habit of coming loose and flying off altogether when it’s windy. But, they protect and I’ll have an opportunity to use them the 23rd and 24th of this month as there will be freezes both nites"

Q&A

Would these work for rose bushes to protect them in the winter? Zone 4?
Hi Mary, The plant protection bag will help, but you should also mulch around the base of the bushes as well.
